摘 要：回顾了国内外日间手术中心及其建设标准的发展历程。结合我国日间手术中心的特点，参照国外的相关标准以及我国多

年来日间手术室建设的经验教训，阐述了我国颁布的《日间手术中心设施建设标准》中的新成果、新措施，详细介绍了

日间手术中心的管理模式、医疗流程与布局以及医疗环境控制。

Abstract: This article reviews the development process of ambulatory surgery and its construction standards both domestically

and internationally. Based on the characteristics of ambulatory surgery centers in China, referring to relevant foreign

standards, and summarizing the experience and lessons learned from the construction of ambulatory surgery rooms

over the years, the "Standards for the Construction of Ambulatory Surgery Center Facilities" has been issued, which

adopts some new scientific research achievements, new formulations, and new measures. This article discusses

the management mode of ambulatory surgery centers and introduce the medical process and layout, as well as the

control of the medical environment.
